Context
SRS Services & Engineering handles wastewater treatment, grease management and industrial desludging across Malaysia, including Bestec Biomatic grease traps and high-pressure jetting services.
The challenge
Industrial buyers search for exact problems: a blocked grease line, a compliance requirement, a desludging schedule. Generic corporate copy loses them. The site had to speak the industry's language and surface the right service for the right search.
The decisions
Each service is presented around the operational problem it solves, with the equipment and method detail an industrial buyer expects.
Local search was treated as a primary channel, with local business schema and service-area targeting for Malaysian industrial hubs.
The engineering
React and Vite with Tailwind CSS, schema markup for local services, and performance tuning for field conditions where buyers browse from a plant floor on a phone.
The outcome
SRS presents its niche expertise credibly online, and each of its service lines is discoverable by the specific industrial searches that lead to enquiries.
