Context
Klinik Tharani provides comprehensive primary care, family wellness, health screenings, and corporate medical services in Malaysia. The clinic needed an accessible, trustworthy digital presence where patients can discover treatment offerings, check daily operating hours, and book clinic visits.
The challenge
Healthcare websites often overwhelm patients with dense medical terminology or feel cold and impersonal. The clinic needed a web experience that felt compassionate, established, and accessible on mobile for patients seeking immediate care, while also presenting formal corporate healthcare packages to employers.
The decisions
We structured the site around patient intent: walk-in primary care, family wellness, chronic disease monitoring, and corporate screenings, each with clear explanations and transparent service breakdowns.
Real-time operating hours and status indicators show patients clinic availability before they travel, reducing front-desk friction.
Clear, frictionless visit enquiry and booking pathways were placed prominently across mobile and desktop interfaces.
The engineering
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for rapid load times and responsive performance on mobile devices. Structured data and local business schema markup were implemented to maximise discoverability across local healthcare and GP search queries.
