Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2026

Arté Works treats the confidentiality and security of client information as a core responsibility. This Privacy Policy describes how Arté Works handles the data, credentials and materials it receives in the course of delivering projects and operating this website. It reflects industry-standard data-protection practice.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Business and operational data shared for project delivery
  • Contact details such as name, email address and organisation
  • Sample documents, configuration details and system credentials provided for development
  • Any personal data contained within client-provided records
  • Technical data such as browser type and IP address collected automatically when you visit this website

2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely for the purpose of analysing, building, testing, deploying and supporting the project engaged, or for responding to enquiries made through this website. It is not used for any other purpose, sold, or shared with third parties.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All client details, credentials and project information are stored securely and kept strictly confidential. They are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any other person, business or third party. Because Arté Works is delivered by a single individual with no subcontractors or intermediaries, access to client information is limited to that one person.

4. Storage & Security

  • Credentials and sensitive data are stored securely and access-protected
  • Passwords within delivered systems are stored using strong, one-way hashing, never in plain text
  • Access to client information is restricted to what is strictly necessary to deliver the project
  • Working copies of credentials and sensitive data are removed once they are no longer needed

5. Data Handling Principles

Arté Works applies recognised data-protection principles: data is collected only for a clear purpose, limited to what is necessary, kept accurate, retained only as long as needed, and protected with reasonable security safeguards. These principles align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and have regard to applicable data-protection laws in client jurisdictions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the lawfulness of the data they provide, for obtaining any consents required from individuals whose data is included, and for managing access to live systems after handover. Arté Works processes client data only on client instructions for the purpose of the project.
